I am looking for one roommate (graduate students or professional students preferred) for the 2014-2015 academic year to share a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with. This house is an absolute gem--you get your own private, sunny, and tiled bedroom, full bathroom, washer and dryer in house, full backyard with a garden, location next to the North Davis greenbelt, shared (between you and I) office, open concept kitchen/living room, and very friendly private landlords who also live in Davis. The shared areas and outdoor patio are fully furnished (although any additions are very welcome!). The bedroom will become available in August, so there are flexible move-in dates.
I am looking for a serious, quiet, and friendly graduate or professional student to share this living space with. Please send me a message if you are interested in seeing more pictures or potentially coming over to visit the house. FYI: I also have two friendly, sweet, and slightly husky indoor cats. :)
