This is the "Replacement of leasing" that i'm looking for a person to move in to my room. 

1588불 디파짓은 저한테 주시면 됩니다. 아파트에 내는 디파짓은 제가 1년지 디파짓을 낸 상태이므로 4개월 사시고 디파짓 1588불은 아파트에서 받으시면 됩니다. replacement of leasing 을 하게 되시면 아파트한테는 내는 돈이 없습니다.  140불 document processing fee있는데 이건 제가 대신 내겠습니다. 

아파트는 furnished고 드라이,세탁기는 유닛 안에 있습니다, 헬스, 비치발리볼, 수영, 자꾸지, 요가, 탠, 바베큐,  탁구, psp게임, 등등등 할수 있고요. uc davis가는 버스는 집앞에 바로 있습니다. 자전거 타고 학교까지는 3분정도 거리고요. 한번 오셔서 구경하시면 좋을것 같습니다. 여기말고 비슷한 돈 799주고 다른데에서 생활하시면 돈낭비일꺼라 봅니다.
