Furnished master suite with a private bath $ 1000/mon

Hi. I am renting a master suite with a private bathroom and it is furnished with a king size bed, and night stands. Kitchen and living room will be shared with  me (who works 8-5 ) and my daughter who is in high school.

Nice patio in the back and a deck in front. 2 car garage.

Monthly rate : $1000  (if shared by 2 people, $ 1100/mon)

Weekly rate : $ 300 

Deposit : $ 300

PG &E and internet will be split by numbers of people.
