You can either choose one master bedroom or whole apartment.
We are both moving out on late of May.
The period adjustable between May-Aug. You can also continue the lease.
Master bedroom: I am sharing the 2bed-1bath apartment with one female Korean student and my room is a very spacious master bedroom. (I currently have two desks, two bookshelves, one large drawer, full-size bed.) There is also built-in drawer and shelves in one side of the wall. Our apartment is on the first floor and it is relatively cool in summer! You can see more details from the website.
Rent: Currently, I pay $700 per month and about $60 utilities including water, electricity, internet (xfiniti premium) and etc. --> Price reduced to $500
The rent for two bedroom is $1205. --> Reduced to $1000 (800ft, whole apartment)
